Our vision
Through our future projects, which span approximately 2.5million sqm of land, Amwaj International aims to provide 10,000 units to accommodate 50,000 residents. What’s more, to date we have spent about $2.4 billion in real estate assets that are either owned or in the process of development in Iraq alone. These assets include residential, retail and office properties in Iraq’s premier property market.

1986
- Dorchester Estates is launched In London, UK as asset manager and developer.
1996
- Assets in the UK surpass 300,000 sqft of leasable commercial spaces.
2008
- Expands into Egypt, India, Jordan, Iraq, UAE
2010
- Iraq Gate, the largest and rst of its kind development in Iraq is launched.
- Acquisition of NHow Hotel, Berlin - as its first property catering for European hospitality
2020
- Investment into Turkey, through acquisition of several property deals
2022
- Total developments reach 4$ Billion USD. In addition to hospitality growing to 1700+ keys, with a further 1000+ planned.
- Education initiative grew strongly with the addittion of two more Cadmus school’s-Iraq’s first internationally accredited curriculum
2023
- Expands into the United States with a high-rise development in New York and hospitality acquisition.
